Mind Your Music

For many of us, music is persuasive. It appeals to our emotions and can be used as great stimuli for learning.

There are great expert crafted playlists on Spotify, Apple Music, and even YouTube titled, “Study Beats”, “Chill Music”, “Focus Music”, etc.. that bring internal/external calmness.

They are great soundtracks to a productive day and can also be a tool to integrate into your Kid-O’s daily routine.

A great playlist can remind your Kid-O of the expectations during a certain part of their day. (i.e. reading time = calm instrumentals)
