Tuesday Tip, April 28

Just Breathe

Breathing is essential to everything that we do. Sometimes, when we are overwhelmed, mentally and physically, all it takes is a deep inhale and exhale to bring us back into clear focus.

That’s why the tip for this week is to remember to breathe. When you are upset, breathe like you are the wind that has been tasked with creating ripples in still water. When you are anxious and worried about what comes next, stop and breathe - in through nose, out through your mouth.

Even when you are having a joyful moment that you want to hold on to forever, breathe and inhale all that goodness.

Breathing makes a difference. Don’t minimize it’s importance in helping you to have clarity and focus this week.

In Celebration of Our Earth: Thursday Thoughts, April 23

“Touch your inner space, which is nothingness, as silent and empty as the sky; it is your inner sky. Once you settle down in your inner sky, you have come home, and a great maturity arises in your actions, in your behavior. Then whatever you do has grace in it. Then whatever you do is a poetry in itself. You live poetry; your walking becomes dancing, your silence becomes music.”

– Osho

If nothing else reminds you to explore and acknowledge the depths of you, let Earth Week serve as a reminder that your existence is uniquely and wonderfully appreciated.
