Homemade Rose Petal Lotion

Don’t let your Mother’s Day roses go to waste!

Instead, why not use them to create a beautifully scented homemade lotion?

It’s a simple combination of natural oils and smashed rose petals, so it’s safe for your Kid-O to use too.

HOMEMADE ROSE PETAL LOTION

Rose petals (a handful)

2 tbsp Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

4 tbsp Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS

Place the oils in a mason jar. Rip the rose petals into tiny pieces and mix in with the oils.

Sit the mason jar into a bowl of hot water and continue to mix until the water cools down.

Once cool, pour the mixture through a strainer.

Voila, homemade rose petal lotion!
